Ol' Yellow Horse Mercantile is a family owned and operated small business located in Michigan, USA. Here at the Mercantile you can find a wide variety of goods. All of the Western & Native American jewelry, decor, birch bark artisan woodland crafts and hand drums are authentic, hand made by a member of our family. Each item is hand crafted with care and intentions of lasting a very long time. We also have artisan craft supplies and a variety of herbs, salve, soaps and seeds available in season.

How much is shipping ?

Average shipping costs are about $4.00 - $5.50 . For some items that require extra insurance it could be a bit more. The shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

From now until after Christmas all orders of $35.00 or more will have free shipping over on our Etsy shop !

Do you do custom orders?

Yes we do ! Just send me a message and I will get back with you to discuss the details .

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days . You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you accept returns and exchanges ?

Yes we do. If you are not happy with your purchase , it is the wrong size, color etc.. you can either exchange your item or return it for a refund. If it is hand made beadwork, I just ask that it be in the original condition as it was when you received it, thank you =)

What forms of payment can I use for purchases ?

For online purchases we accept all major credit cards and PayPal through the secure checkout in our Etsy shop.

We also can do by mail orders with a check or money order ,no problem.
